So between April 1st and October the Hibiscus Coast Athletics Club will be offering a cross country training program and will tajke part in the Auckland GP series.

Training will be held each Wednesday evening from 5:30 until 6:30 and consist of a range of training technquies to help build Speed, Strength and Stamina.
