PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

It’s again an honour to be appointed as your Club President for the 2023-24 season.

We’ve had some enjoyable and competitive bowls despite the inclement weather we’ve had this year to date. The poor weather has also delayed the installation of our new green which has been very frustrating and has also limited our ability to hold our regular open tournaments.

The past year has been fantastic for doubling our membership which has been largely due to the highly successful Twilight Tournaments which we will hold again this season. It was a great thrill to be awarded the BNH “Club of the Year”, a testament to our committee and the hard work they all put in.

Thank you to all our generous sponsors who ensure our great Club remains financially strong. On behalf of the committee, I wish all bowlers, both existing & new, good bowling, have fun and enjoy the fellowship.
