PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

It’s yet again an honour to be appointed as your Club President for the 2024-25 season.

We’ve had another great year of bowling and been able to enjoy our new green since late last year.

The Club has had a lot of success at centre level and particularly with our Juniors, or new bowlers, which is exciting for the future.

Our membership is continuing to grow and since being awarded Bowls North Harbour “Club of the Year” we were awarded by Bowls New Zealand “NZ Club of the Year” which is a fantastic achievement when you consider there are 450 clubs in NZ.

We will be holding our Twilight Tournaments again this season and are hopeful we will have both greens with new carpet by the start of summer.

Thank you once again to our generous sponsors who ensure our great Club continues to be financially strong.

On behalf of the Club Committee, I wish all our members good bowling, enjoy yourselves and lap up the comradery.
