Hawke’s Bay Business Hub requires all hirers and any other person undertaking work on behalf of the hirer, to fulfil their duty of care responsibilities by:
Providing a safe place of work
Providing safe equipment
Encouraging safe practices in the workplace
Complying with the Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992 and it’s amendments
Conducting oneself safely and by not endangering anyone else with what you do
