Invercargill Parkour Classes

Term 2 classes in Invercargill run from April 28th - June 27th

IMPORTANT NOTE: No Classes on June 2nd (King's Birthday) or June 20th (Matariki).

Class Details

• Meet on Esk Street outside Invercargill Central (unless otherwise notified). In wet weather, meet on Level 2 of the Invercargill Central car park.
• All classes are on Mondays during the school term (except public holidays) and cater to all skill levels.
• Classes run rain or shine but do not run on public holidays.
• In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted beforehand.
• We sometimes move promptly to other areas in town. Please be on time or notify us if you’ll be late!
• Some days the Senior Class will end in a free open 'jam' session. These are optional and unsupervised. 

Junior Classes

• 5:00pm – 6:00pm
• 8yrs – 12yrs (we allow some under 8s on a trial basis with parent/guardian participation*)
• $10 Drop-in fee (or register for the term and get a free class)
• Parents train free

Senior Classes

• 5:00pm – 6:30pm
• 13yrs to adult (under 14s with higher skill level can join the senior class)
• $15 Drop-in fee (or register for the term and get a free class)

Please bring:

• Comfortable and appropriate clothing for exercise and weather conditions.
• Comfortable and appropriate shoes for exercise (sometimes we train barefoot, but we ask that you always bring shoes).
• A water bottle.​​​​​​​
• Inhaler or medication (if applicable).

To get notified of cancellations and class locations via mobile (sometimes we'll meet in other parts of the city), install the ‘Sporty NZ’ app from the App Store or Google Play and set it to 'New Zealand Parkour Association'. Alternatively, register your email below.
