Jacks Netball Club was founded in 1980 by the McCracken sisters; Lyndsay Hikuroa and Sue Martin. Lyndsay’s husband Jack was the first sponsor – hence the name “Jacks”.  His legacy lives on with daughter Jodi playing for the Club.

Jacks started with just one team and grew rapidly gaining a new team every year until reaching its highest membership with 15 teams in 1995.  We currently have eight teams from Premier down including five training and three social teams with ages ranging from teens to 60 plus.
