Every player from the 2022 season will receive a personalised registration link. If you haven't received an email already check your junk mail folder first, and then email email@example.com to let us know.
All players will need to visit the club on one of the Registration days to be weighed.
New Players If you are new to rugby, or new to Kumeu Rugby, then you will need to complete a registration form.
There are two easy options:
1. Complete the online form here, and then pop in on one of the registration days to weigh in and collect your gear.
2. Come into the club on one of the four Registration days (see below) - you will still need to fill in the same online registration at the clubrooms, so save yourself time and effort and do it at home!
How much will it cost?
At Kumeu Rugby Club we believe that our fees offer exceptional value for money.
Included in your fees are:
A $30 per player levy to the North Harbour Rugby Union
Club socks and a mouthguard. Jerseys are provided to you on game day. Shorts are available for purchase.
New Registrants get a Club Gear Bag (we also have some great new bags for sale for returning members looking for an upgrade!)
Access to club facilities, including the bar.

For the 2023 season fees are $150 per player. Families of 3 players receive a discount to $400 and Families with 4+ players are capped at $500. Playing shorts are required and can be purchased at the club for players needing a new pair. Payment can be made online when registering, or a the club on registration days by EFTPOS or Cash.
What do I need to bring to Registration Day?
The player - we need to weigh them to grade them appropriately.
If they are new to the club you will need to provide proof of age (Birth Certificate or Passport) - again so we can grade them appropriately.
Payment - if you haven't already paid online (which is way faster) you can bring cash or pay by EFTPOS at the club.
When and Where will Registration Days be held?
The registration dates for the 2023 season are:
Wed 15th Feb 4:30 - 6pm
Sat 18th Feb 9 - 10:30am
Wed 22nd Feb 4:30 - 6pm
Sat 25th Feb 9 - 10:30am
Web 1st Mar 4:30 - 6pm
All registration sessions will be held at the clubrooms at Riverhead War Memorial Park, Riverhead. Easiest access is via Alexandra St.
Teams will be formed following registration. This is an incredibly difficult and time-consuming task. Requests to play with specific coaches and teammates will be accomodated where practical, however there is no guarantee that this will be possible.
We ask that you respect the committees decisions around team allocations, these have been made to ensure that teams are balanced, appropriately sized and in the interest of player safety.
If you have any concerns over team allocations these can be discussed with the Junior Club Captain.
Junior Muster is held at the club on the 8th of March. Times for grades will be announced closer to the date.
Muster will give you a chance to meet your teammates, coaches and group of parents.
From here your Managers and Coaches will keep you informed of training and game times and dates.
When does the season start?
The first game of rugby for most grades will be Saturday the 29th of April - times and places will be confirmed by your team manager before then.
