Eva Smith, Hunter Smith, and Amelia Preston have been busy competing in several top-level figure skating events this season. Hunter placed 1st in the Intermediate Novice Men’s category at the Canterbury Ice Skating Championships and Club Championships and is the National champion in this same category.

Amelia had a great season, winning 1st in the Juvenile Girls category at the Canterbury Club Championships, along with the Most Improved Skater award, and 1st place in the Juvenile Girls category at the South Island Ice Skating Championships, while she finished with a 3rd in the same event at Nationals.

Eva had an great season, competing in the Basic Novice Girls category and joining Hunter and other skaters in the Synchronized Ice Skate team, which went on to win both Canterbury and South Island titles.
