Indoor Netball is organised by School Sport Canterbury with games against other secondary schools.
Time: Wednesday afternoons, Games start at 3.30pm and every half hour following with the last game scheduled for 5.30pm - 2 x 15 min halves.
Venues:
Action Sports Central City - 7 Iverson Terrace, off Moorhouse Ave near Waltham overbridge
Action Indoor Sports Stadium – 81 Buchanans Road, Hornby
Players: 7-aside - a minimum of ten players per team
Umpires: Supplied by the venues
Teams: Students will be allowed to choose their own team, but we may add other students so they do not miss out on playing. If you do not have a full team or anyone you would like to be with, we will endeavour to place you in a team.
If for some reason, there is not enough players for a team to be entered into the competition, students will receive a refund. If a student withdraws once the team has been entered into the competition, a refund of sports fees will be at the discretion of the Sports Department and an administration fee may be applied.
If sports fees are owing from previous years, these will need to be cleared before playing sport in 2026.
Uniform: Year 9 and 10 will play in PE uniform and Year 11-13 will be issued with a uniform. White non-marking soled shoes.
Transport: School bus will take you to the venue but transport home needs to be arranged.
Cost: $90.00 includes bus to the venue
