About

Takes place Wednesday afternoons.

The School Sport Canterbury Touch competition starts at 3.30pm and is played at school fields or North Hagley Park. 20 minutes each way.

Each team to provide a referee for the game.

Students will be allowed to choose their own team, but we may add other students so they do not miss out on playing

If you do not have a full team or anyone you would like to be with, we will endeavour to place you in a team.

In the past, we have struggled to get enough students to make up a team so talk to your friends and see if they are keen to play.

If for some reason, there is not enough players for a team to be entered into the competition, students will receive a refund. If a student withdraws once the team has been entered into the competition, a refund of sports fees will be at the discretion of the Sports Department and an administration fee may be applied.

If sports fees are owing from previous years, these will need to be cleared before playing sport in 2026.
