Lowes Orchard

Lowes Orchard is a family owned and operated orchard situated on the outskirts of Brightwater. The Lowe family began growing fruit on this site in 1935 and today the family tradition continues on. From the original plantings of apples and peaches , third generation grower Andrew, along with wife Sue, grow a selection of pipfruit, stonefruit, strawberries, and apple juice.

Lowes Fruit is of exceptional quality. At the 2016 Farmers Market New Zealand Food Awards the were awarded three awards: Winner of Pipfruit, Runner Up in Beverages for their Cox Orange Juice and Highly Commended for their Sturmer Apple Juice.
