Law 13 - wiring lift
Blue claims a wring lift because the opponent is responsible for the position of Red, Yellow and Black;  clearly, Blue is wired from all three.  The umpire called to adjudicate immediately awards a wiring lift.  Was she correct?  What question or questions should she have asked?

Laws 15 & 20 - Peg Point and Croquet Stroke
Red and Yellow are both rover balls.  Taking croquet from Red,  I attempt to peg out Yellow with a firm stop shot.  Yellow misses the peg and goes off;  Red follows on and hits the peg after Yellow has gone off.  Is Red pegged out?

Law 15 - Peg Point
I attempt a peg-out by jumping right over rover after having made it.  My ball hits the peg extension.  Is my ball pegged out?

Law 27 - Playing when a Ball is Misplaced
Your opponent has a lift with red and places it in corner 2 and shoots at a ball near the peg.  You query the stroke.  What happens now?

Law 28(a)(7) & 28(a)(8) & 28(d)
You take croquet with red from black and cannot roquet blue because black is now in the way.  Completely unintentional, of course!  So you decide to do a scatter shot on black.  All three balls are close together.  Why should the shot be watched?
