Primary Cross Country 2025

All girls will take part in Cross Country - it is an integral component of the school Physical Education curriculum.

There is no need to register for Cross Country. If your daughter qualifies to go to Western Zones (Years 4-6 only), we will contact you.

COMMITMENT                

Participation is in school time, no extra commitment is required.  However, everyone is responsible for their own personal training.

The top 3 athletes from Years 4 - 6 will be selected to compete in the Western Zone Cross Country which will be held at Karori Park.

The top 10 finishers from the Western Zone Cross Country will be selected to compete in the Wellington Primary Schools Interzone Cross Country.

The top 10 finishers of the Wellington Primary Schools Cross Country will compete in the Regional Cross Country.

A Wellington team will be selected from this race for the Inter-Regional Cross Country.


UNIFORM

PE shorts and top.  Good quality sports shoes are required.
