Years 5 and 6 Miniball 2025

Miniball is the junior form of basketball.

Teams will be dependant on interest, if a fulll team is not possible years 5 and 6 may be able to join in the years 7 and 8 competition. 

LEVELS          

Years 5 and 6.

TERMS          

Terms 2 and 3.

TEAM SIZE

The ideal number is 7-8 players. There are 5 on the court at one time.

GAME LENGTH

2 x 15-minute halves with a 2-minute break in between.

COST            

$30 per term

COMPETITION
Teams will be entered in the Karori Rec Centre competition, held on Tuesday afternoons. 

Season Dates - beginning mid April - July, exact dates still yet to be confirmed by the organisers.

PRACTICES             
One practice per week Lunchtimes during Term 2.

UNIFORM             
School PE shorts and blue PE top, good non-slip sports shoes and white ankle socks.
