PRIMARY SWIMMING 2022

All girls will take part in Swimming Sports - it is an integral component of the school Physical Education curriculum.

Registrations for events at Swimming Sports will come out closer to the day.

COMMITMENT                
All swimmers will be initially assessed by pool staff at their first lesson and put in the appropriate group for their level of ability. This is a requirement by OSH for Health and Safety regulations.

Top 2 swimmers from each event in Years 4 - 6 will be selected to compete in the Western Zone Swimming which will be held at Kilbirnie Pool.

The top 2 swimmers from each event at Western Zone Swimming will be selected to compete in the Wellington Primary Schools Interzone Swimming.


UNIFORM
School swimming togs, towel, and tracksuit are required.

It is recommended that girls with long hair use a swimming cap.
