WATERPOLO FOR YEARS 7&8

Water polo is a high-energy, fast-paced sport played in the pool, where teams battle to pass, shoot, and score while treading water the entire game. It blends swimming power, smart teamwork, and sharp decision-making as players fight for space and out-maneuver defenders. With quick transitions and plenty of action around the goal, it’s a thrilling, physically demanding sport from start to finish!
