Y7&8 WATERPOLO 2024

Water polo will be offered depending on sufficient numbers registering and the availability of parents to manage the teams. 

​​​​​​​If there is insufficient interest, the Year​​​​​​​ 7&8s will be allowed to play in our junior teams with the Year 9&10s.

TEAM SIZE

The ideal number is 9-11 players. There are 7 in the pool at one time. 1 goalie and 6 players in the pool.

GAME LENGTH

Games are 2 x 10-minute halves and a half time break.

COST        

Approx $140 (depending on registration fee which will include all competition entry fees and pool hire).

Normal pool entry fees to Kilbirnie Pool apply.

 
COMPETITION 

Each team must provide an adult scorer for the scoring table for each game.

PRACTICE    

UNIFORM
School swimming togs (either regular or special water polo togs).
