ABOUT

We have a great Volleyball programme at MBC.

Social Volleyball is played on a Tuesday lunchtime in the MBC Gym.

Senior teams play in Term 1 ,2 and Juniors play in Term 4.

All teams compete at the TSS Volleyball Championships.

We take our Senior A Team to SISS Mainlands Championships in Christchurch and to the National Secondary School tournament in Palmerston North at the end of term 1.

We take 2 junior teams to the south island secondary schools (a year 9 team and a year 10 team) in term 4, this year it is in Nelson, but moves around Dunedin, Christchurch and Invercargill also.

Volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in New Zealand and is thriving at MBC.
