COVID-19 has had a big impact on our club this year, and the SGM is an opportunity to update our families in a Zoom meeting, with a presentation from the committee and a Q & A session.

In addition, there are some officers of the committee who seek to stand down in October, and the SGM will elect a new President, Secretary, Club Captain and Vice President. It is a chance for our members to express interest in any of these roles and to join the committee.

The SGM can also consider any further business from members. Please email [email protected] by 21 Oct 2020 to add an item to the SGM agenda.

Questions regarding topics on the SGM agenda? Please email your questions to us prior to Wednesday, October 28th and we will answer them during the SGM.
