We have been lucky enough to get out to spend some time enjoying the hospitality of the West Coast Centre’s.  At the end of April some of the team headed over to West Coast Netball Centre in Greymouth, where Hokitika Netball Centre also joined us.  We were able to sit down and have a great korero around the Centre’s in the area working together and supporting each other, and how we can support this ongoing development.

Then we headed off to Buller Netball Centre in Westport, who hosted a great session with 14 of their dedicated coaches joining in with us on our ‘Beginners and Beyond’ coach development opportunity.  We had a couple of hours of learning, questions and fun and games!! It was a great time for coaches to reflect on where they are as coaches, as well as get some more tools to put in their coaching kete’s.

We certainly look forward to a return trip in the near future.
