What a great opportunity we had to go and join an awesome bunch of enthusiastic and dedicated players, umpires and coaches from Kaikoura, at a session “One Shot”!!

The session started with a reflection piece that gave us some great insights into why people were in the room and what challenges they faced.  It is always fun to tap into participants’ creative side, so creating the ultimate Netballer allowed for some good laughs – check out the photos!!

We then took the opportunity to work through with everyone what the ultimate training session could look like and how we can all develop together – players, coaches and umpires.  Kiana (from NetballSmart) and I worked together to ensure we provided information relevant to our audience.

It was an absolute pleasure to join the Kaikoura community and have the opportunity to provide further development for them.
