Development Days, hosted by Tania Hoffman, are well underway, and it has been great to see our rangatahi having the opportunity to further embed their fundamental skills with the support of experienced coaches.  Alongside this we have also had coaches and umpires to join us to enhance their development.   

It has been a positive experience for everyone involved, being able to learn together and have the chance to share ideas and practices across the different areas of our game. 

Coaches who attended the day in Selwyn also got the chance to work with Kiana from NetballSmart who delivered the Developing Physical Capability module, which enabled further upskilling of our coaches in a fun and relaxed environment. 

From these Development Days, players will be selected to attend the advance Development Day later in October.
