Throughout September and October,  Mainland ran four Development Days around the Zone. Not only did this include players, coaches and coach developers, it also offered opportunities for development of umpires and umpire coaches from all around the Mainland Zone. The umpire sessions were facilitated by some of our fantastic umpire coach developers. Some in-depth and interesting discussions were held between umpires, umpire coaches and umpire coach developers. It was also encouraging to see umpire coaches and player coaches spending time looking at things from the others point of view.   

Thank you to all who took part in these development days, particularly those who travelled long distances or attended more than one day.   We hope you enjoyed your time and gained some useful learnings from the days.
