Netball New Zealand's Youth Advisory Board and New Zealand Police have teamed up to launch a pilot program aimed at boosting participation and recruitment among 17+ year-olds, in collaboration with our broader community.  

Sophie Matthews from NNZ YAB and Lou Milne, Participation Lead at Netball Mainland, led activations prior to a home Tactix game and the local Monday night, U21 competition at Christchurch Netball Centre.  They offered interactive challenges and promoted engagement with both the New Zealand Police  and Netball New Zealand. 

 The pilot program was warmly embraced by our communities, with participants actively involved in the interactive challenges, notably the vertical jump.
