Our Mainland SHNL team have just come off an impressive win against 2nd placed Marvels on Sunday. We are very proud of our players who all put out a 60min performance and dominated in both attack and defense. Our GS Olivia Dijkstra shot 50/50 at 100%. The team have been training hard, and the results are now coming through. Great article written on the NNZ website about our Mainland SHNL team.

We are in Round 8, with 2 more rounds to go. One in Hamilton this coming weekend, and our last game of the Rounds is on the 16th June at Wolfbrook Arena.     

We have been surrounded by quality sessions throughout our season with mental skills sessions from Todd Astle, and nutrition sessions by Jessica Moulds. We have also had weekly strength and conditioning sessions with our S&C coach, Jacob Martin.  

On the 30th May we hosted a sponsors ‘meet and greet’ evening. This was very successful with many of our sponsors turning up for the evening. We had a number of presentations from Netball Mainland, Coach of the Mainland SHNL team, and from the players themselves. It was then followed by a training session which the sponsors were able to observe. A great evening had by all. 

We are all looking forward to seeing what our SHNL team can put out on court in the final 2 rounds of the 2024 season.
