Throughout the 7+ years of the NetballSmart programme, our motto has become “when we know better, we do better”.  

NetballSmart Dynamic Warm Up has made some exciting changes. It’s not new – it’s better!  

We have developed coaching videos to support the Netball community within Aotearoa to adopt these changes. You can find these videos on the NetballSmart website, as well as new versions of the Warmup card and booklet. 

All of our resources are free and able to be downloaded and circulated throughout your Netball community, so please do! We would like to reiterate that the previous NetballSmart Dynamic Warm Up is not incorrect, and many of the elements are the same. The changes made are subtle, but important.  

They will help you to better prepare your players for the demands of Netball and ultimately keep them in the game for longer. As always, I as the Mainland NetballSmart Development Officer am available to run you through the rationale behind these changes, and support with physical resources.
