SportNZ has developed a new tool which looks at the possible disruptors to sport and recreation within the next 2 to 5 years.  With technology changing, environmental impacts increasing, and the pressure on funding, what conversations do we need to be having to ensure Netball is set up for the future?  

SportNZ have looked at the possible disruptors to the sector, these are a great starting point for us as a code to discuss from our governance lens around our strategic planning.   It may not be the case of just replicating what we have always done, how to we shift our thinking for a more future thinking agile approach?
