Once again this year, the Mainland Team had the privilege of hosting Centres from across the region for a vibrant day of kōrero and mahi at the annual Mainland Mingle. Designed to strengthen relationships, spark collaboration, and share insights, and opportunities to explore what’s new and what’s next in our Netball system.

Some highlights of the day included an inspiring workshop on growth mindset led by Ged Robinson, which encouraged us all to embrace challenges and foster resilience. We were also fortunate to gain a behind-the-scenes look into the NZ U21 campaign, thanks to the engaging session delivered by Julie and Josie Seymour.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all Centre representatives who joined us, especially those who travelled from afar to be part of the day. Your presence and contributions made the event truly special. A special shoutout to Steph from Motueka Netball Centre for her incredible baking.

We loved hosting you and deeply value the time spent connecting, learning, and growing together. Here's to a dynamic and exciting 2026 season ahead, kia kaha, kia māia, kia manawanui!
