Mainland Athletes Selected for National Development Camp - written by Jane Wilson-Fourace

Congratulations to Our Rising Stars!

Mainland Netball is thrilled to celebrate the selection of talented secondary school netballers from across our Zone who have been invited to attend the National Development Camp (NDC) in Ashburton this January!

These athletes were chosen based on nominations from Zones and ongoing performance tracking by the Netball New Zealand Emerging Talent Selection Panel, reflecting their dedication and growth over recent seasons.

Led by NZSS Head Coach Jo Morrison, the three day camp will push players to excel both on and off the court. Activities include:

  • Movement screenings
  • Skill and position-specific sessions
  • One-on-one coaching
  • Match play

We’re so proud of all our athletes and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
