NetballSmart Offseason tips and Recovery bits - written by Nick Burton


The off-season is a great time to build your aerobic base, work on overall strength and increase mobility. Our Home Based programme has great options for running, biking and body weight strength sessions, that can be done anywhere. Make the most of the nicer weather and jump on your bike, or catch up with a friend for a run outside!

And don’t forget to prioritise recovery! Whether that is from your summer sports, or general off-season fitness. Ten minutes of stretching after training will aid recovery and set you up for the next one!
