We are excited to introduce METS – the Mainland Emerging Talent Squad, a brand‑new development initiative sitting just beneath the NNL team.

METS will feature players from Year 13 to three years out of school, drawn from across our Mainland Zone. This will be an application‑based, individualised performance programme designed to bridge the gap between school-level and elite senior netball.

Participants can look forward to:

• Competitive games throughout the season, including matchups against the Steel Steps Squad
• Specialist skill sessions
• Guidance from expert performance providers
• A strong growth pathway into the NNL environment
