Lauren and I headed along to Selwyn Netball Centre. I showed them the newly developed NetballSmart walking netball warmup. We went through it as a group and then joined the skills and the game at the end. They were a great bunch to work with and did a fantastic job at the warmup.

The NetballSmart walking netball is designed to prepare the body to play walking netball. It also allows players to practice balance and coordination in a safe environment.

This warm-up is to prepare players for Walking Netball, as well as improve their strength and balance.
