SOUTH ISLAND SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022

This competition is designed to provide a competitive platform to help develop and enhance the senior player experience in the South Island. Bringing back the "rivalry" of the regions, that was once alive with the Lois Muir Challenge and Lion Foundations set a high standard across the senior netball competitons and helped aid players on their development pathways. This championship has been created to help give players opportunity and exposure to help gain experience and play good quality netball.Not only does it benefit players, the championships will also provide opportunities for Umpires, Coaches and Technical Officials to be part of a high level competition.

This year we are excited to offer three different grades for the Tournament:

- Open Champs Grade (teams that are preparing to attend the Open National Champs in Palmerston North in September)

- Mens Grade (for all Mens only teams)

- Centre Representative Grade (players must be 18+)

Venue:   Timaru, Southern Trust Events Centre. 

Date:     Friday 2nd September 6pm,  Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th September  
               8.30am - 4pm. 

Cost:    $150
