Another big weekend of rugby ahead with all our senior sides on the road — and some cracking contests in store.
Premier Men v Massey (Away)Our Premier side head up to Massey for what shapes as a serious test. Massey remain unbeaten to start the season, posting three strong wins and racking up plenty of points along the way.
Our boys come in off the back of a quality win over Takapuna and will be relishing the challenge of taking on one of the form teams of the competition — especially away from home. Expect a physical, high-tempo contest.
Premier Development v Massey (Away)It’s a similar story for our Prem Development side, also travelling to Massey. The home side will be hurting after dropping a game to ECB last week and will be looking to bounce back quickly.
Meanwhile, Shore have shown real grit, coming off a last-minute win over Takapuna to make it three from three to start the season. Blutch and his group will be determined to keep that momentum rolling — this one has all the makings of a tight battle.
U21 v Takapuna (Away)Our U21s make it three consecutive weeks at Onewa Road, following recent visits from our U85s and Premier squads.
After a bye last weekend, the group put the time to good use with a tough S&C session led by Dean — and by all accounts, the boys are more than ready to get back into game mode. They’ll be eager to put that work into action this weekend.
U85 – ByeOur U85 side take a well-earned breather this weekend — a chance to recharge and reset before heading into the next phase of their campaign.
With Junior rugby still two weeks away, there are no matches at Vauxhall this weekend — but don’t worry, it’s only a short pause.
Looking ahead, ANZAC Day (25 April) shapes as a huge one for the club, with all four senior sides at home. It’s set to be a special day both on and off the field — make sure it’s in the calendar.
