ENERGY SECTOR COMPETITION 2024


EnergyWorks Energy Sector Competition 2024 

 

The competition will be run on Saturday 23rd November 2024 with a reserve day of Sunday 24th November 2024. If, due to inclement weather, the competition is not fished we will still go ahead with prize giving. All fish weighed in will be kept and donated to “NP Foodbank” to help those in need before Christmas.

This will be a boat fishing competition only. Enrolment will be held at the New Plymouth Sportfishing & Underwater Club from 6.30pm and briefing 7:30pm Friday 22nd November 2024. All Skippers must attend the briefing. Please be advised that there must be at least two anglers per boat from either a sponsoring company incl NPSUC Members, noting there is still a requirement to have at least two people on each boat.

 

All boats entering the competition must comply with the NPSUC Competition Rules, Disclaimer, Boat Safety Checklist and Health and Safety Plan 

 

ENTRY FEE

Entry fee $80 per angler.

 

EARLY BIRD ENTRY

All entries registered by Monday 4th November 2024 are eligible for a competition tee shirt and will be entered into an early bird draw. This gives us time to order and purchase shirts. All entries must be in by Friday 15th November 2024, no late entries will be accepted.

 

Remember to fill in your Tee shirt size on the entry form attached; Skippers packs including tee shirts will be given out to competitors at Briefing night on Friday 22nd November 2024 at NPSUC clubrooms at enrolment.

 

RESTAURANT

The restaurant will be open both nights for meals.
