Introducing the Youth National League

Established in 2021, the Youth National League is Aotearoa New Zealand’s top youth domestic football competition.

The boy's Youth National League consists of three regional leagues. Eight teams qualify from these leagues to a finalist knockout tournament in which the champion is crowned.

The girl's Youth National League consistents of four teams from NRFL clubs and four federation sides. There are 7 rounds in which every team plays each other once. The team at the top of the table is then crowned the champion.​​​​​​​
