FORMAT / RULES

Mixed gender 5-aside with no goalies, minimum of 2 women on the turf at all times

Modified game with sticks and large soft balls provided

Mouthguards are required and shin pads are recommended

Teams must organise to have the same colour tops – preferably one light set, one dark set

Wacky outfits are also encouraged and prizes may be awarded to the wackiest team
