MUSIC   At Pah Homestead, 72 Hillsborough Road, Hillsborough 12.00-1.00pm. FREE  Cafe or bring your own lunch

Thursday 6 June                  Tramp                     Albany area

A tramp around many of the reserves in the Albany area.  Some hills and  steep sections.  Approx.  4 hours.  Please let me know if you are coming.

Sunday 9 June                     Walk                        Glen Innes                                                                          to Orakei Basin

Follow walkway from Glen Innes to and around Orakei Basin. Some bush and steps. Return by train to start. About 2 ½ to 3 hours including lunch.  Moderate pace.

Sunday 16 June                    Walk       Herne Bay/Westmere

Easy circuit: 2 hours plus lunch  This is a mainly flat walk through Herne Bay, Cox’s Bay, Westmere and then circling back via Jervois Rd.  We can have a coffee in Jervois Rd, on the way back to the cars, for those who so wish.

Sunday 23 June                  Train Ride & Short Walk                                                         Tamaki Link Bus & Downtown

We will catch the Eastern Train to Glen Innes & return using the Tamaki Link Bus, which goes to St Heliers & then along Tamaki Dr past Kohimarama, Mission Bay, Okahu Bay & Hobson Bay.  The Waterfront Drive is a great journey & you can enjoy the views as you will not be driving.  All free for Seniors.   Then we will have an optional short walk in the Downtown-Viaduct area.  Bring lunch.

Tuesday 25 June           Dog Walk             Western Springs                                                                        Lake & Park

Meet for a pleasant easy one hour walk with or without a dog.  If you have a dog or can “borrow” a neighbour’s/friend’s  dog, do come along as I am sure Teddy will be happy to welcome him/her.

As it is Music Month, it is likely the documentaries will feature NZ music/musicians. Legal reasons prevent further information about the films being known in advance. A different potluck!
