OK CUP

OK Cup is the most grassroots racing series in New Zealand. It’s the perfect first step into motorsport... or for more experienced racers who agree that making friends and growing as a driver are more important than winning races.

The idea of OK Cup is to race unmodified production road cars safely, and on a budget. ​​​​​​​

We keep our entry fees consistent, and lower than most other series. We run several different class championships within our races, based on car type, to keep you with other drivers of similar speed. This means that you will always have someone to race, which develops your racecraft and makes sure you’ll always have a great story at the end of the day.

We promote and enforce good driving standards. Our driving standards committee is a group of experienced racers. They take any concerns seriously and maintain safe and sportpersonly behavior.

We require all our cars to run radios for safety (which we provide as part of your welcome pack), and video cameras so we can review any incidents or help you with your lines and racecraft.
