BOWLS OMARUNUI

​​​​​​​Omarunui Bowing Club (Inc.) is a lawn bowling club with one grass green and one tiger turf green.  Members play both competitive and social lawn bowls. We have an open membership with members of various ages and skill level. The bowling season runs from September through to May.
Our full members play in club championships in various disciplines including singles, pairs, and triples etc. Players also represent Bowls Omarunui at a regional level competing against other clubs across the country.
We hold weekly roll ups on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and a 2x4x2 tournament on Monday afternoons during the season.  
We host a 6-week Business House tournament each year as well as a mini triples competition.
Our flagship event is the Bluewater triples held in March.
