OMUAFC Mixed Summer Football 2023/24

Introduction

​​Onehunga Mangere United AFC will be running their mixed 7 aside summer football social competition at Mangere Domain on a Wednesday evening.

Dates are Wednesday 8th November 2023 until Wednesday 13th December 2023 then a break for the holiday and resuming on Wednesday 17th January 2024 until Wednesday 21th February 2024

This comprises of 40-minute games played from 6.20pm to 8.00pm on a Wednesday evening on 3 pitches marked out on the Mangere Domain fields.

Early registration is recommended.

Entry:

  • There is one playing night, Wednesday evenings from 6.20pm each evening during the season.
  • Cost of entry is $400 per team, a maximum of 12 registered players per team. Each team must have a minimum of 2 x always playing females on the field and cannot include the Goalkeeper.
  • As this is a MIXED grade girls are girls, boys are boys.
  • This is a social mixed competition with grading completed prior to Christmas and a new graded draw created and played when we return after Christmas.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any team or individual.
  • All standard OMUSC and OMUAFC code of conduct applies.
  • NO SLIDE tackling allowed or contact through the back.
  • To enter, complete all parts of the entry form (use the link in the right-hand side) and pay your entry fee upon registration, first in first served, you will be sent confirmation of your entry.
  • Minimum playing age is 13 years old, proof of age may be required.


Team Wear:

  • All members of a team must make an effort to have identical colour and style shirts.
  • No screw in studs, work boots or bare feet allowed.
  • Bibs will be supplied in the event of a clash of colours; the team noted second on the score card will wear the bibs.
  • Shin pads are recommended.
