Welcome to Papatawa School.

This website has been put together by the students and staff of Papatawa School so we can share events and achievements.

Our school is located approximately 6 kilometres out of Woodville. Our community use Palmerston North, Pahiatua and Dannevirke as their service centres.

Students get dropped off by their parents, cycle or arrive on a bus run by the 'Friends of the Papatawa District'.

Breakfast club is run every morning. Thanks to Fonterra and Sanatarium for their sponsorship. Students are also rostered on to cook hot lunches brought from home.

Year 7 and 8 students travel to Pahiatua for technology fortnightly.

In 2010 we finished an extensive building upgrade and we are now enjoying our new classroom, office and staffroom spaces.  In 2016 more renovations were completed.  This included creating a breakout space, refurbishment of Room 1, the addition of the Lundia storage system and splitting the staffroom to create a new library space.
