Our squad programmes are for a school age children and older who can swim comfortably in a 25 meter pool. The qualified coaches will work on the fundamentals of competitive swimming, including proper technique in the four competitive strokes, dive starts and turns, racing skills, and structured practices.

In particular at the Junior and Intermediate squad levels, endurance training is introduced, as well as in house competition nights. Swimmers in these squads can attend up to three sessions per week from 6:45 – 8:00pm.
