We have three squads. of swimmers.  Individuals are streamed into Juniors, Intermediates, and Seniors based upon the coaching stafff assessment of each swimmers ability.  Each squad requires a manager to function effectiviely.

The squad manager is the liason between club administration and individual swimmers.  In effect a communication conduit to ensure that all squad members, and usually their parents/caregivers, are well informed about evernts of concern to them.

This role requires a person who has good communication skills and who can commit to the squad for the year, or until replaced, even if their child is moved up a squad midway through the year.
