We have three squads of swimmers.  Individuals are streamed into Juniors, Intermediate and Seniors based upon the coaching stafff assessment of each swimmers ability.  Each squad requires a Team Manager to function effectiviely.

The Team Manager is the liason between club administration and individual swimmers.  In effect a communication conduit to ensure that all squad members, and their parents/caregivers, are well informed about evernts of concern to them.
