Powerlifting 

Powerlifting is the ultimate test of upper body strength. Competitors lower the bar to their chest and hold it motionless and then press it upwards to armed length with elbows locked.

Paralympic Classification 

All athletes with a minimal disability compete in open competition. The sport is avaliable to people with spinal cord injuries, amputees and people with cerebral palsy.
