To celebrate Ken Sowden's 30 Year Anniversary working at ParaFed Canterbury, a function was held at The Old Vicarage Cafe, Restaurant & Bar last night alongside a small number of friends, family, staff and board.

The evening included several speeches and video messages from people who Ken has impacted through his 30 years working in Para sport.

Ken was also presented with the "Spinal Appreciation" award from three past and present CEO's of the NZ Spinal Trust in recognition of the outstanding contribution he has made to the spinal community.
