Central League

The Central League is a series of three competitions run across October and November each year.

The event has a team focus, where placings in individual events go toward team points. Like Wellington meets, track events are seeded based on ability, and field event athletes all compete together.

Paraparaumu makes up one-third of the Kapi-Mana team (with Mana and Titahi Bay).

Entry costs are $8 per athlete for each Central League meeting; entrants must be aged 13 or over to compete.

For 2024, the Central League dates and locations are:

• 2 November 2024 – Hastings
• 9 November 2024 – Palmerston North
• 23 November 2024 – Wellington
