Kia ora, because of Covid we are unable to have our Rural Schools Interschool Swimming Sports.

We will however run our own event at the Patoka Community Pool on Thursday the 24th of February (Week 4).  To work in with the Ministry of Educations Covid regulations, all adults must have a vaccine passport to enter the pool grounds.  We will be outside so masks are optional.  We are asking to limit family supporters to two per family to stay under the 100 limit.

Students are encouraged to come wearing their house colours (Yellow for Kowhai, Green for Ngaio and Blue for Totara)  During the day, students will be gaining points for their house.

Students will need: Hat, sunblock, rash shirt, togs, 2 x towels, tog bag (goggles - optional), warm clothing.  There will be a lot of clothing around so please name everything. (this information can be found on the school Google Calendar on the website)

Estimated Timetable - we can not guarantee these approximated times
10:00 - Travel to the pools and have morning tea
10:30 - Event One (Junior Section)
11:15 - Middle School Events
12:30 - Lunch break

If you are able to help transport children to and from the pools, please let us know.  We will also be after some help at the pool.  Please complete the Form ASAP

Looking forward to a great day.  If you have any questions, get in touch with your childs teacher.
