Welcome to Korakora Touch - Prebbleton - the new Prebbleton Touch Module.

Welcome back to another season of touch. We certainly hope to continue to grow the competition this season following from a very successful previous season due to the awesome help and support from Anna Quinn (our ref convenor).


Korakora is maori "fast/speedy" and with the approval and support of the local runanga, and on consultation to those with strong affiation to the module, Korakora Touch Prebbleton is born.

The name may have changed but the integrity of the module will stay that same,

We will continue to look at advancing the cometition with a focus being on mixed touch (in light of Super Touch moving to Belfast).  But we also aim to see a Mens Premier Grade (Super 8) which is limited to the elite teams only - with an elite like purse!

We welcome ideas from those most important to the competition, YOU.

SEASON DATES: 

Thursday 17th October 2024 - 19th December 2024 (Xmas break) and recommence on

Senior module ONLY (U19 and up)

         (All grades are subject to numbers, minimum 5 teams or 8 teams for Super 8s

* Year 3-4 up to U19 - minimum of 2 girls is acceptable. Older grades are 3&3 mix.

*Their is no girls only grade, but girl only teams are encouraged and will be graded accordingly.

*Year 0-2 girls are recommended but not compulsry

*ALL GRADES (excluding Yr0-2,3- Yr4) are required to provide a referee

PAYMENTS DETAILS:

  • INDIVIDUAL TEAM - ALL payments to be made via sporty at the time of registration. The payments are to be made via sporty (POLi – transaction fee may apply)
  • CLUB/SCHOOL TEAMS ONLY – Payments can also be made to Prebbleton Touch Module 06-0851-0503933-00 against team name as reference.


REGISTRATIONS OPEN:

Early August 2024 to last years teams. Mid August to all teams

REGISTRATION CLOSES: 

29th September 2024

COMPULSORY REFEREE/COACHING SKILLS NIGHT:

SUNDAY 13th October 2024, at 4pm- 6.30ish
