Mission Statement
The Pakuranga United Rugby Club Academy is committed to identifying, developing and retention of talented players from local Colleges and within the Club. Through specialist training, expert coaching and the use of quality facilities the Academy aims to develop smart and skilled rugby players. These players will have the attitude and discipline needed at the Premier level and put them on course for higher representative honours.
Objectives
- Indentify talented players from local Colleges and within the Club.
- Develop these players to their full potential using specific and specialist training.
- Create a rugby pathway for players from the Club through to Auckland representative sides.
- Continue to strengthen the Clubs relationship with local Colleges.
