DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:              
Rhythmic gymnastics combines dance with gymnastics skills and apparatus handling (Hoop, ball, rope, ribbon, clubs) performed to music either in a group or individual routine. 

This olympic sport teaches flexibility, co-ordinaton, strength and performance.

In 2022 QMC will be preparing and entering a team to compete in local Wellington competitions and with the opportunity to compete at the inter-school championships held in Auckland at the end of term 3.
